About Me

Char Ann: I started a journey not too long ago to get in the best shape of my life. I had grown unhappy with the way I was feeling both physically and mentally and made a decision to be pro-active and make a change. I kept seeing infomercials for Beachbody® and figured I would give it a try and if I didn’t like it I would just return it. Well….I can honestly say it has completely enhanced my life! I feel happier, healthier and more passionate than ever before. There is nothing I want more than to share this same feeling with as many people as I can! I am 100% committed to helping others along their journey by offering them inspiration, motivation and of course some yummy, tummy and toosh friendly recipes!
